Learning and limitations

Practise situations and receive automated guidance. This is not therapy, healthcare or an emergency service. No personal, clinical or professional outcomes are guaranteed. You may skip activities, use fictional names and end conversations.

Account and access

Protect your credentials and use your own account. The initial version of Talkhike is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. It is not intended for minors or presented as validated for them.

Practice and credits

Applicable limits and cost are shown before starting. Free practice lasts up to five minutes or your available balance: one credit per started minute, including guidance. A reservation is not a final charge; the server confirms the balance. Technical failures are resolved using confirmed outcomes; an unknown response is not shown as a refund.

Purchases and consumer rights

Reading these terms does not activate purchases. Total price, duration, renewal, credit expiry, cancellation, refunds, withdrawal and conformity rights must be published before sales. Using the app does not imply waiving statutory rights. Store terms do not replace your legal rights.

Account deletion

Signing out disconnects this device. Account deletion requires explicit confirmation and permanently erases access, conversations, results and progress. Completion is only reported after server verification; an unknown network response is not success. Registering again with the same email does not grant another 15-credit welcome or restore the old balance. The protected email fingerprint and usage records described in Privacy remain. Deletion does not itself cancel a store subscription or remove applicable complaint or refund rights.

Changes and contact
